Height Controller

The machine uses Arc voltage height controller for plasma which uses precision slides for faster movement.

Towline is used for all the pipes and cables. Limit Switches are used for safety.

Customer Scope

• Cutting Table to be fabricated by the purchaser & drawing for the same will be given by us.
• Power supply: 220 VAC + 5% 50-60 Hz, provide 5 KW voltage stabilizer;
• Gas supply: Oxygen, acetylene or propane, oxygen > 99.3% purity, acetylene or propane > 95% purity; along with suitable regulators
• Compressed air with Air Dryer in case of plasma cutting system.
• Provide less than 4 ohms safely ground.
• Input supply point and required cable.
• Earth cable in case of plasma.
